Robinsons The Master Bakers is a family run business based in Failsworth, Manchester. This is where our bakery is along with one of our shops. We also have a second shop in New Moston, Manchester.
Established in 1864, the traditional methods of baking are still used today in our bakery.
The business is run by David Robinson who works hands on in the bakery as well as in the business side of it with his father Arthur Robinson. The business was passed on to David from his parents Arthur and Joyce in 1995. David's wife Sue is Sales Director of Robinsons. David and Sue's daughters play a part in the business, Sarah is manageress of the shop and keeps everything and everyone in order, and Grace is currently doing an NVQ in bakery and confectionery to learn the family trade. Between them they hope to carry on the Robinsons name to provide people with extra special bakery goods.
